Quick Summary
A business has received an advance payment for exports over a year ago and is unsure if they can still ship the goods. They are seeking clarification on whether RBI approval is required for shipments made after one year and if this situation needs to be reported in their audit report. The discussion touches upon FEMA regulations regarding refunds and the potential need for RBI approval.

You need approval of RBI to do shipment after one year or say after expiry

In my opinion yes you have to report in audit report

But where it is written rbi approval required for export after one year

Read fema rules and regulations

In those regulations only refund of payment is mentioned
