Credit of CGST will be first utilized towards payment of CGST and then IGST
Similarly Credit of SGST will be first utilized towards payment of SGST and then IGST
Yes, but only after adjustment aginst output CGST & SGST respectively, whatever balance left in each gets adjusted against output IGST.

I would like to add one more thing input of sgst and cgst can't be utilised against each other output liability.
if i do not have any intrastate sale; i have totally interstate sale; can i adjust all my inputs i.e. (cgst & sgst) with my output tax ( igst)?
