if ADT 1 IS NOT FILED FROM 2 YEAR ,WHAT IS CONSEQUENCE EFFECTS ON COMPANY. PLEASE GUID ME.

forget about 17-18(no legal consequences).....if you have not filed adt-1 in year 18-19 pay penalty+won't be able to file inc 22a

appointment of auditor is from 01/04/2014 to 31/03 /2017 in form adt 1 . but in books we showing aapointment of auditor and not file form adt 1 for aapoitment.in this case additional fees and condonation of delay is applicable on the company ? please guid me
