At the time of appointment i.e.for 5 Years, ADT-1 is duly filed with ROC. Whether ADT-1 is required to be filed every year with ROC for ratificaiton of auditor?

There is NO need to file ADT-1 for ratification of Auditor

It's only at the time of appointment not for every year.
Note: In case of first Auditor Form ADT 1 is not required to file i.e. company auditor appointed for the first year after its incorporation.
