Experts, I was filed ADT-1 as an attachment of GNL-2 on 31/10/2014 and got approval mail from MCA. Now while filing AOC-4 there is a scrutiny error saying that GLN-2 filed after 20/10/2014.
Filing new ADT-1 with additional fee is the only way to sort the error or any other rectification method is there? Please help me avoid additional fee more than Rs.4000/-

19 days ago Radhika Company Secretary Wrote ////You should mention the SRN for filing ADT-1 (GNL-2) of previous year in AOC-4. We have filed the form the same way.

Radhika Mam, you have directed to mention the last year GLN-2 SRN but last year ie 2013-14 there was no GLN-2 we filed 23b for one year audit appointment more over in case we file AOC4 with last year 23B SRN what number we should provide for next 4 consequtive years? since audit appointment is for 5 year as per revised rules.
Hence I prefer it is better to file a new ADT-1 and pay the additional fee
In case any other option pls let me know.
