Adt 1 - date of event
Our Company AGM was held on 30th Sept 2015. Auditor sent his confirmation/approval letter on 15th Feb 2016. What will be date of Event in form no. ADT 1. (30TH SEPT 15 OR 15TH FEB 2016)

Event date should be date of AGM & not confirmation letter.........
becoz i have seen the system calculates the delay in filing ADT-1 from date of Agm......
