From the Current Year we are filing ADT-1 for a Reappointment Period of 5 Years. Whether we have to file ADT-1 again next year?

Form ADT - 1 is to be filed when appointment of auditor takes place. if the auditor is appointed for a period covering more than one year in your case, form ADT - 1 need not be filed at every ratification, considering ratification is not an appointment as such.
just pass OR in general meeting.
ADT-1 should be filed only in the first year of appointment. Need not be filed for ratification of such appointment. You can use the same SRN for filing XBRL forms every year.
