just tk print out of online hall ticket enough ..

me too happen same nd whn called hm thy said to stick a photo in a paper and giv all detals and get attest and sent tht to icai after exam .

Dont worry,

Just take a printout of your admit card having not ur pic and paste ur snap and get it attested from a Chartered Accountant or notary. And dont forget to carry ur ID proof in exam hall. You should noting to do.
