no, you have to pass both groups
After clearing PCC only u can get the eligibility to write final

no u can take admission on final after passing just 1st group pass both group and get into final
but yes u can get ur article training strat by passings 1st group of ipcc/atc

yes,u cannot register urself under final after passing in one groups...u have to pass both the groups...
Sonia i guess u can only start articles now...not register for final
