i have just completed my graduation from School of Open Learning, Delhi University with the aggregate percentage of 40,
i just want to know shall i need to go throught the CPT's exams i want admission in ICAI

For Exemption in CPT you must have secured 55% if you are a commerce graduate, for non commerce graduate its 60%.(Its only a proposal, final announcement not yet come). So you have take CPT exam to enter into CA course. All the best.
