Dear Sir,

I have a question sir, that my LLP has two designated partners and out of which one of the designated partners wants to resign and a third person wants to come in as a Designated Partner. So firstly I need a draft of a supplementary agreement of both admission and retirement and can it be done in one agreement. Secondly when I was trying to file the Form 4 it said linked with Form 3, so do I need to file form 3 first with the changes?Will the form 4 be filed twice for both resignation and appointment and please kindly can you enlighten me with the entire procedure.
