The Private Limited Co. didn't appoint Auditor in the AGM. Can the AGM be adjourned for appointment of auditor??
The previous auditor signed the Annual Report of the Company, but resigned before the AGM. And the New Auditor was not appionted at the AGM. Is it possible that the new auditor can be appointed at an adjourned AGM that is held after 30th September,2013??
What should be done now???
previous auditor not given the consent for his re-appoinmnet. and the AGM meeting is already held but no new auditor is appoited.
