Adjourned meeting

a general meeting was properly convened and was subsequently adjourned by the chairman for want of quorum . No fresh notice is given for the adjourned meeting which is held subsequently. whether the adjourned meeting is valid?

Yes it valid adjorned meeting... on the same day next week same time..

Agree....Pls refer section 174 of the Companies Act, 1956...
