It is mandatory for all to link PAN with Adhaar whether he/she not file ITR??
And what is the result if not link PAN with Adhaar till 31 march 2020.

following persons are not liable to link PAN with Aadhar :
* person > not citizen of INDIA
* person > who is a NRI
* person > senior citizen person
* person > residing in the states of Assam , J& K , Meghalaya .
SENIOR CTIZEN HAS NO SUCH SPECIFIC RULE..
