Address proof of a pvt ltd company

Copy Form 18 with the copy of Challan is the valid proof of Address of a Company. However, the Bank may ask for any Electricity or telephone bill or any tax registration certification.

Further as per my understanding a copy of Master data, downloaded from MCA Website and duly certified by the director, can be used as an address proof in the absence of form-18 from company’s records. Master Data contains address of registered office of the company.
