i want to know that one wants to register himself to GST.
the property is in the name of his father. but his father is no more and the property is still in the name of his father.
And the legacy is in the name of his mother.
letter of consent is enough in the case.
if yes then pls provide me the format of that.
also let me know the documents to be attached
