Address Problem

The Assessee was having permanent address and same was available with IT Dept but now he is residing at rental premises and not having any permanent or owned property and keep on changing because of rental agreement for 11 month. He can not keeps on changing for PAN correction every year practically based on rental agreement.

What step he can do, so that he will be in the receipt of all notice or intimation if any issue then i can get timely.?

Again Keeps updating by way of submitting letter to IT ward is also i dont think suitable.

Please anyone have good suggestion ?

Law has it own course, until now all intimations and notices are only sent physically so he will have to keep changing his PAN Address as and when he changes his residence of living..

Alternatively, if he has a business and he plans to continue running business from there for a long time then you get that registered....

Nicky sir, can we get a P.O.box no. registered with the income tax so as to receive the letters properly?

But everytime PAN change address on rental premises ? sound difficult becz there will be no address proof for register also. that is no ration card, Telephone bill, bank statement, passport, electicity bill. all address will stuck off becz of rental premises.
