Address on passport or address on mca

A shareholder has 2 joint flats say 1 and 2.On the passport his address says Flat No. 1 but on MCA it is specified as Flat No. 2.

I have to prepare a list of shareholders to be submitted to the High court for Mergers and acqusition along with their addresses.

which address should I specify? In reality he is living in both 1 & 2.

I am tempted to select the passport address since that would be a supporting document as proof of address.

Kindly advice.
