Address change in trust deed

Change in Registered address of Trust is to be notified in trust office within 90 days of Change. 

Requirements for Change in Address :

1. Schedule III (Format available in Website of Trust- https://charity.maharashtra.gov.in/mr-in/)
2. NOC / Rental agreement 
3. Copy of Electricity Bill of New Adress
4. Notice of meeting
5. Minutes of meeting
6. Resolution of meeting
7. Certified copy of Trust deed
8. Certified copy of Schedule I

Procedure  :

1. Get the required documents signed by the Trustee.
2. Notary of Schedule III and then affix court fees stamp of value Rs 100 .

( Ex : 20 stamps of Rs. 5 each )

1. Draft covering letter about filing of change report and enclose the documents mentioned above in their respective order.
2. Submit the same in the required Trust office  (Thane/Worli).
