Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether a single deed can cover both the retirement of an existing partner and the admission of a new partner, or if separate deeds are required. The consensus is that a single deed is permissible. Guidance is sought on the correct legal procedure according to the Partnership Act, and a format for the reconstitution deed is requested.

U can very well prepare one deed for retirement of old partner and admission of new partner

can you please share reconstitution deed format for the same.
