I am a GoVt employee and I have a NPS account.I am taking the benefit of Tax deduction of Rs 50000.But my question is how can I take tax benefit under the said sec of IT i.e another Rs50000.Should I open another NPS account or not.Please suggest me.

Whether your 80C deduction is complete or you are taking exemption of only Rs.50000
Chapter Vii a deduction threshold limit is there,
I have taken benefit of Rs50000 u/s 80 C .But how can I take benefit of 80ccd1(b)
You can't claim twice.
Only if your limit of 1,50,000 under Sec 80C, 80CCD(1) exhausted then only you claim additional benefit of Rs.50000 in Sec 80CCD(1B)
