If a company has added a place of business other than registered office, should it be intimated to ROC. If yes, which form to be filed on MCA portal?

If Company Is Keeping Books of Account at place other than usual place then Resolution to be passed and Intimation to Roc will be made in AOC 5 ,if Company is Keeping Statutory Register at any other place than MGT 14 will be filed ( place where 1/10 th of members reside )
