Additional duty (Imports) under 19/2006 -Cenvat Credit doubt

As per CCR 2004, Cenvat on Input n Input services may avail within one year from the date of document.

pl check thorougly before taking Cenvar benefit.

SAD credit is eligible to avail as cenvat credit to only Manufacturer and this shall be adjuested aganist payment of excise duties.
