Additional director
Hi All,
I am additional director in one of the company. Company had appointed me in apr 2010 and no agm is held as of today from apr 2010. how can I remove my name from additional director list of that company. company is not filling our resignation.

you can file your DIR-11 and send it to company pl ensure that you must had the copy of receiving this form in company
you're tenure was expired automatically .... on last day of agm(even though agm was not held)

You have already ceased to be the Director from 30.09.2010. You may report to the concerned company and ROC to remove your name from the list of Directors.
Furthermore, in this case your resignation will not be filed as this is the case of automatic cessassion. As the Additional Director is appointed only upto the date of AGM.
