Addition of non-resident as partner in existing LLP

Hi,

We are willing to add non resident partner in existing LLP.

What all the documents are required for non-resident partner? Only Passport and Residential address proof are to be Apostilled ?

And, how LLP agreement is executed in such cases ?

Thanks in advance

Quick Summary
This discussion covers the requirements for admitting a non-resident partner into an existing LLP. Key documents needed include a notarised and apostilled passport, passport-sized photos, and proof of residential address. The process also involves obtaining a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and Director Identification Number (DIN), passing a resolution for the new partner's admission, and amending the LLP agreement. The execution of a supplementary LLP agreement is also addressed when partners are located in different countries.

2 Partners are in India and 1 Partner (new partner) is in abroad.

Thanks in advance.
