Dear Freinds,
We are registered in 3 services and recently we were offered to provide service for a 4th one.. consultancy .. We asked our CA wot to do? He suggested there is no rule to reapply and gave us permission to go ahead.
We did it and 2 bills were genertaed in aug 2011. just yesterday CA informed that new notification says we have to get oor registration amended within 30 days of generting new service bill..
Please tell me what exactly is the procedure to do the same as we will go to the department to inform on 23/08/2011.. We hope no penalty is imposed on us for no fault of ours. We wil definitely pay all the taxes.
