Adding partner to opc

I am the Director of a OPC.

I want to add 2 designated partners to my company but do not want to make them Director.

I want to give them 25% stake of the company but want to preserve the OPC structure of the company with myself as a sole Director.

Please let me know if this is possible at all.

Also advice alternatives.

Sir... Pls note tat.... OPC should have only one director n nominee for tat director... Also it should have only one member.... U can not add any one n u can not give any share to them...if u want add 2 more director n give them 25% stake.... U should convert OPC into pvt ltd.... Hi, OPC should have minimum 1 Director and maximu may have 15 Directors, but only 1 Share holder becouse concept of the OPC is Sole ownership hence you cannot transfer shares, and you have mentioned the word 'designated partners' this belongs to LLP !
