Friends, pls tell that wheather computers are eligible for additional depreciation?

Additional depriciation is allow only for manufcturer or producer of Goods.Subject to condition Good is Not covered in Artical 11.
Additional depreciation is available only for new Plant & Machinery.
Computers are not eligible being in 60% depreciation block
