Hi
Any person appointed in any Govt. organisation on adhoc basis is considered employee or any other. For eg. if he is a professor in any govt institute and appointment is adhoc then will he be cosidered as employee or consulting/guest lecturer??

thanks Manoj. but Actually this question came just because of TDS only. Main confusion is under which section TDS shud be deducted.
