I have 2 private limited company and I want then to be 1 whether by way of acquisition, merger, amalgamation or wholly owned subsidiary but without applying to High court.....
Is there any way to to combine these 2 companies without applying to high court

Hi,
Yes u can acquire the company without applying to court(i.e.) through acqusition of all the shares of the transferor company.
