Quick Summary
If you've acquired a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) but haven't yet begun trading, you generally don't need to file an Income Tax Return (ITR). However, if your income exceeds £2,50,000, you are required to file, and a DSC is necessary for this process.

No need to file ITR as you have not started your business
If your Income is More than 250000, then you have to file your return,
for that there is requirement of DSC
Thank you SO much for your giving your time. I couldn't have sleep tonight.
Don't take tension
