Presently, i am working with  an ISO 9001:2008 accredited Listed Company as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and dealing with all Secretarial Matters mainly compliance with Listing Agreement, Company Law and other Corporate Laws including Takeover Code and Insider Trading Regulations.

 

 

I worked with an ISO 9001 : 14001 accredited Group as Company Secretary and dealing with all the Secretarial Matters and preparing for IPO.
