Assistant commissioner income tax (e verification) has issued notice u/s 143(2) for CASS scrutiny.
I want to know whether the power of my local AO has been transferred to ACIT (e verification) or local AO shall also excersie his power also u/s 143(2) ?
If not, what power shall then be remained with local AO
