One of client is doing Agri Dairy business with one partner. both are tax payers and having another business incomes. But they have not registered this dairy business as a partner ship firm. In this case how to dealt with their books of accounts.
Kindly give a suggession as early as possible.

It may be joint venture business.If any partnership deed is there, then it comes under partnership business.
maintain the books for firm and personal business seprately whether firm registered or not
