Till Now all the invoices has been Generated using HO's GST number in tally.

Quick Summary
GST no will not change in same state. But you can keep a vertical business account under same GSTIN.

Earlier, all the sales invoices were raised in tally using HO's gst number.

I repeat, branch in same state will not have different GST number. For one state there will be one GST number for all the branches.
