By customs or practice we call a person who has cleared both groups of intermediate exam but not passed CA Final exam as semi-qualified, I don't think this is defined anywhere.

As you have already Cleard CA Inter + Completed Articleship so you are treated As SemiQualified.

Your CA Final Is pending so If you will appear Final exam and Clear then you will get CA Degree.

Once Your are CA Inter Passed then there is no need For ATC Certificate.

Requirement for getting ATC certificate is Just to pass 1 unit of CA Inter + Completion of articleship under CA for 1 year.

So you are Over Qualified for it.

It Will better if you give final exam & Also do Job along with that on CA Inter Basis as Semiqualified Candidate. Becase No company will ask you for ATC Certificate if You are CA inter passed. CA Inter Degree is also given by ICAI. There is no Need to Ask for ATC Certificate from ICAI, As you are deemed to Be Accounting technician.

You Just Try to Clear CA Final Exam to become Chartered Accountant.
