I have done B.com, ca inter (accounting technician), LLB and MBA from SMU. Can anybody guide me what should i do for better carrer. Is there any provision that holder of accounting technician as well as advocate can do tax audit or any other audit and sign and verify the audit report or income tax returns ?

No,only a Practicing C.A. sign Tax audit Report.
U can file Income tax returns, service tax returns, Vat Returns and excise & custom Duties Returns.
Can an advocate file income tax returns, etc of companies including both pvt ltd and public ltd ?
