If I am registered in Delhi and stay in hotel outside of Delhi e.g. Gurugram and they give me bill charging CGST and SGST.
How would i record entry in my books knowing that i can not take ITC.
Please answer.

Treat the CGST and SGST as cost itself and book travelling expense inclusive of tax
