Accountant software for billing and inventory!

1) Ex - next Generation by TATA ent.

2) FICO- SAP

SAP, I guess is something required by big companies. This software requirement is for a small company.

Has anybody used ACE or has any idea about it?

I think Busy (Free version) will solve your problem.

You can use Busy Or Aquralite free version for your simple needs. Busy is No.2 after Tally in India.

Busy use Access database for storing data. You may get support for free version also from BUSY Team (support @ busy.in)

Aquralite is compact & they have their own database system (like Tally) for storing info.

BUSY is now widely used in Asian Countires (India, Nepal, Pakistan, Srilanka, Bangladesh, etc.)  & in African Countires alongwith U.A.E., U.S.A, UK, etc.

If you choose Busy you may get state\Country specific VAT report .

I had also recommand Busy to many peoples & they are fully satisfied with its performance (including CA, Computer vendor, SME, Broker, Contractor, etc.) and now they also recommending to others.
