One person is into catering services. Now we are a Pvt company & we approached to that person to provide the catering services to our employees (Approx. 55 / Day). He doent have any registerd firm / any current account. he is having only his saving account with one of the bank. Also PAN No.
kindly guide me how we can get the bill settled.

In my opinion you can asked him for bills/invoices on a plain paper, If he don't have any registration with service tax. And make payment only after deduction of TDS under contractor.
He can raise invoice in his own name as a proprietor .
