Clause (f) of Section 141(3) of Companies Act,2013 specifically deals with such situation which says that a person whose relative is a director or KMP of the company shall not accept such engagement as an auditor.

No sir. Co.act states that no person shall be appointed as a statutory auditor of that company in which his relative is a director or KMP of that co.. u cant.
