Whether Statement in lue of deposite is required to be filed to ROC as per companies act,2013. even if the Company is not inviting any deposite from Public or Member,

No Statement in lieu of Advertisment need to be filed only when, Company is inviting the deposits. However upto 30 June, 2014 you have to file Return in Form DPT 4 regarding the deposits excepted by the Company before or at the date of Commencement of CompaniesAct, 2013
