Acceptance letter of lc

There is not a fixed format for LC acceptance. 

It should be addressed to the Branch Head. e.g.

To,

Branch Head

PNB,....

....

Sub: Acceptance of documents under amounting to USD....

Ref: Intimation no. ............ under LC no.

Dear Sir,

We accept the documents received by you as per abovementioned  intimation no. for USD.... and agree to make the payment on the due date which is.....

You are requested to hand over the original documents to Mr......  bearer of this letter.
