Acceptance letter for Resignation by Director

Yes, the Director is required to give a simple resignation letter addressed to the Board of Directors of the Company stating his inability to continue his directorship.

As siad by Jayshree Mam, Director is required to give resignation letter... and when he is addressing letter, is not required to accept the same.
