Ac prevalidation failed

my bank ac was in vijaya bank and it was prevalidated earlier, but after merger with bob i get new ac no and ifsc code, while the ac holdera name was same.
now when i am trying to validate my new bank ac details on e filing with new ac no its falied stating the reason "name of bank acount is not matched with pan name""
althought its excatly same
what should i do
