about vehicles

i am registered trader and iam registered transporter also ,and having seperate bill books

i am providing services in relation to transport of goods ,which I trade

and collecting freight charges by issuing seperate bill ,we are not giving any consignment note

and my doubts are
1)whether the freight charges are included in sale value or not because of transaction provisions or because of all vehicles are mine

2)or we consider as gta or not
