About vat

Excise duty is levied on the manufacturer only. I think you are only a seller. VAT applicable on sales of Ready mix cement(RMC),tiles and adhesive compound is @ 14.5%.....mjk

I am a manufacture as well as seller of the ready mix plaster and tiles adhesive material thats why i want to know the excise rate applicable on these product. So please assist me about the applicable excise rate and VAT and in which chapter of central excise it is taxable.
