client not filed his income tax return. for ay 22-23 Now he want to file updated return but tds deducted 4000 rs. in this condition How to set off refund and how to pay additional liabilities plz Guide

In update return not claimed any DTS refund amt only pay liabilities or extra tax payable
A refund cannot be claimed in ITR U. You have to show more income so that the tax liability can arise.
