About transfer of articleship

Whethr  it is 1st yr/ny othr yr  or whtr its 1st tim/ ny othr tim    as per new transer of articleship rules U have to follow wat d procedure   has been mentioned in d new notification by ICAI.

In a major flexibility for CA aspirants, the CA Institute, regulator of the chartered accountancy profession, has given articled clerks a choice to opt out of the existing arrangement with a principal during the first year of articleship. “Articled clerks can now transfer to another practicing chartered accountant in the first year. Earlier, there was a blanket ban and no transfer was permissible for all three years.

“Now, we are giving students an option to transfer in the first year. But for the second and third year, the restrictive clauses will continue to apply,” Mr Amarjit Chopra, ICAI President, told BusinessLine, here

@ vivek...But Amrit chopra has not mentioned it on ICAI official websit.....only in a newspaper ...thn wat abt their notification on 10/5/11....y thy want this to b follwed b4  submitting  form 109.

i complete 3moths articles only with my present auditor ,  i didt like this firm , i want transfer from this firm ................. is it possible to transfer with this reason..............

@ srinivass u can get trf only if u satisfy any of reason mentione byicai in aprl 2009 notification + d above notification.

If u arguetht u don lik this firm n want to get trf ull nt get it.

bt n6where in the new notification  hve dey  mentioned that old notification is modified or discarded..new notification is only supporting n reiterating the fact that prior approval is required..in 1st year transfer should nt be an issue..

I have completed 2.5 years of articleship(via pcc route), & now i want to transfer, my CA has agreed, can I have to satisfy also the institute's permissible grounds for transfer. Pls help me, it's urgent

PLz let me know that the institute may reject the application for Transfer?? In what Circumstances??

Actuialy i m in articleship training somewhere  in hv completed 10 months  and now i want trasfer..So if i write application to the institute for trasfer , then is is possible that they may reject the application... Also tel me principal Signature is required on the Concerned application??
