Can any one of you tell me about the form 16, 16AA & 16A which is issued as TDS certificate. What are the diference between these forms & to whom these are issued?
These three are TDS Certificates.
Form 16 - TDS Certificate from Income Chargeable under the head "Salaries"
Form 16A - TDS Certificate
Form 16AA - TDS Certificate from Income Chargeable under the heas "Salaries" cum Return of Income
Form 16 is issued to Employees. (i.e, Deduction u/s. 192)
Form 16A is issued to Others (i.e. Deduction u/s. 194)
whether a socity pay its monthly TDS in online?
Any Deductee can pay Taxes online.
ITD has made online payment of taxes mandatory for Companies and Assessee under 44AB
